You have no more than 5 days to appeal.
In the post, please put your exact in-game name, the day and time, which server, and who, if any, clan members you can recall being online at that time. Also post here the reason that flashed on your screen as to why you were kicked/banned. If you are here to plead your case, and happen upon a thread with your name and I've somehow indicated in that post your plea will not be considered, don't waste your time.

We do NOT tolerate cheaters, hackers, glitchers, and general assholery.

Our members do not kick/ban for no reason, or for childish reasons, therefore, be prepared to fully explain your case. I or our Council will review your case, the server logs, and consult with the admin(s) responsible, and get back to you very soon after your post is investigated. Although not posted as a hard and fast server rule, we expect a certain degree of player respect, including our clan members. Be advised that continual cussing/insulting player(s), or refusal to follow our simple rules or server/clan member warnings, could be a reason you got what you did. We highly value the general BC2 community and the traffic it brings our server(s), and will act to ensure the smooth gameplay continues on our server(s) for the majority.

Admins, please post in this thread a very short post, when you ban, not kick, a player off of our servers. Put the player name in the title, as most of these threads are, and a real short post here summing up the reason. This way, if something's contested later, we don't have to catch you online to investigate. Thanks.
